Appointment set on first call
You will speak with an actual person when you call and set an appointment right away, without waiting for a call back.
On-site consultation
You can expect your Quackenbush Builders representative to arrive on-time and prepared to answer your questions or research the answers and contact you immediately. (Complex remodel projects or new construction may require additional time for estimating).
Contact to set timeline
Once you’ve authorized the work, our project supervisor will call you to set up a project timeline and provide you with the necessary information regarding your project. This person will be in consistent contact with you during the project.
Daily clean-up
Sure, we do a very thorough clean-up when the job is done, but you shouldn’t have to wait until then to feel at home. We don’t leave without making sure your property is as clean and orderly as possible – every day!
Project Progress
During your project, we work hard every day until the work is completed. We pride ourselves on the level of communication we maintain with our clients during the construction process.
Clean up
Construction can often create a lot of mess. When the last truck has pulled away from your project, you expect your property to be back in the general order it was before it began… and looking better now after the improvements! That is something we know you will be happy with.
Post-job walk-through
Just prior to completion, a punchlist of items to be completed or corrected will be developed by the project supervisor with feedback from you. Following these punchlist items being completed, your Quackenbush Builders representative will meet with you to make sure we have met or exceeded your expectation.
